Sharyn Van Damme graduated from the University of Western Ontario in August of 2009 with her Master of Physical Therapy. Her previous education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2007 from Wilfrid Laurier University. Sharyn has recently completed her Level I in Manual Therapy from the Canadian Orthopaedic Division, her Part I Level I acupuncture certificate from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and her McKenzie Part A certificate in Lumbar Spine Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Sharyn's areas of special interest are lumbar spine, pelvis and shoulder dysfunction as well as advocating overall wellness and healthy lifestyles and optimizing her patients' performances and motivational levels.
In Sharyn's spare time she likes to work out and stay active with sports such as tennis and running, as well as shop and spend time with her family and friends. She has also taken a keen interest in surfing after her recent trip to Hawaii.
