Lindsey Brownridge graduated from U of A in 2005 with a Bachelor of Physical Education. In 2007 Lindsey graduated from Grant Macewan College with a Diploma of Massage therapy, which consisted of 2200 hours training. Her massage training included: Therapeutic, Swedish, Sports and Chair Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy and Infant Massage. Lindsey is a member of the Canadian Sports Massage Therapist Association and the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta. She is currently working with the Olympian Swim Club and is pursuing her Certified Sports Massage Therapist designation.
In the clinic Lindsey has special interest in the treatment of sport related injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, temporomandibular joint disorders, and chronic pain conditions.
In her spare time Lindsey loves spending time with family and friends out at the lake. She also enjoys swimming, snowboarding, biking, and playing soccer.
